Infinity, by Aspen Moon, 2021. Acrylic on Canvas, 10″ x 10″
Just finished a small but potent work for a family member and wanted to share it. I painted this in Hawaii–and the sky was definitely influenced by the epic ocean sunrises I am blessed to behold. In this work, two kindred ravens sit in their secluded desert perch to watch an energetic sunset. The sun design was inspired by Ute basketry. Redrock landscape was inspired by years of tromping around southern Utah.
This one is called Infinity. It is currently residing in a beautiful and truly unique part of Eastern Utah.
